I have had many negative experiences in a very short period of time with this organisation. Firstly when making enquiries about availability I could not get a straight answer and was directed to apply despite not knowing availability and suitability... was given the wrong form which wasted another 30mins I do not have... started therapy and was invoiced incorrectly for an $800 report after a single trial session. Angel is the employee who continuously made my life difficult with scheduling and enquiries. I'd correct her then she would cancel instead of correcting... infuriating. All admin are following time wasting fake-care scripts which are so transparent and sales like.
My second experience is being put in the middle of a dispute between my therapist and Teressa. my therapist handles things respectfully... Theressa called me and put me in the middle of their dispute. Completely unprofessional and she was going to get a new therapist to arrive unannounced to meet my autistic child and hand over without my permission.. luckily the therapist did the right thing to avoid the clash.
Avoid this unprofessional organisation....

I am a mother of a son with ADHD diagnosed at 4 years of age. Teressa and her team of teachers at Kool Kids tutoring, used methods that addressed my son's area of cognitive disability, enabling him to learn that he could use different methods of approaching his assignments to complete his school work. I would highly recommend their services, it really dropped a lot of weight off my shoulders as a single mum.

After finished the art therapy in Canberra and no improvement on my son. There is no clear update and no direction every therapies. That made us feel unconfident on therapies herself. The worst part is I have not receive any report from empower and therapist herself and I got the bill to pay within a a week for $400. I will raise this topic to consumer-protections and NDIS.
I have informed you several times with emails and phones that I do not want this report and I do not use it. I have been worked with several therapists. They will ask me first if I need the report or not. I have forwarded all emails to NIDS team as well.
