I've finally found a Clinic that is for me, I can't speak highly enough and recommend Dr Vinod Lal, I've suffered with my chronic medical conditions for well over 15 years, I since attending CIC Medical Centre within 6months my condition has improved and stable. Big thanks to Dr Vinod Lal for caring and professional manner at all times. And the Receptionist are always pleasant and helpful. Always, all staff are professionally and well mannered at all times. I've been attending cic medical centre for 5-6yrs and would never go anywhere else. Keep up the outstanding work 👏 👏👏

This medical service is strictly medical model and therefore, not helpful for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health. Culturally unsafe and incapable of providing for cultural needs.

Dr Vin doesn't like helping people he only there to get the Medicare kick back he should be sacked and moved on back to the call centre for him

Absolutely disappointed! Make an appointment for my 10 yrs old mental health follow up (wondering what is going on) because the referral that was sent via Dr Vin required more info for an appointment. Reply was NOT sent to children's Hospital, even though I was told by children's Hospital that they did send a notice asking for more info to Dr Vin.
So I booked online to see him again. Go there. (With my son who is hopeful and wants help, by the way). He misses school, we get there. ..No staff, doors locked, no one was even there! No email,no phone call. Nothing! And we wonder why there are so many kids suffering from mental health. We reached out and our wait of 6months to see a pead was a waste because of this. Back to square one. Wouldn't even rate one star.

Very disappointing experience when calling first time to enquire for myself. Perfectly fine that doctor is not taking new patients however Receptionist Vicki was very offhand, rude and dismissive in her manner. Simply unprofessional and far nicer to be kind.

Dr Vinod Lal is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He laughed at me while I was talking and interrupted me and did not take me seriously, he told me that my problem is self inflicted and had no interest in helping me and he brought up past heartbreaking medical issues which had nothing to do with why I was there. I was not taken seriously I was talked down to and berated and left hyperventilating and humiliated. I did not get a solution to my problem, I was just told that it’s my fault.

I had my first appointment here this morning and it would be a massive understatement for me to say that my experience was good. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist, to my ob checks with nurse Jenny and then my appointment with Dr Zoe I was overwhelmed with how welcoming and caring they are. I feel like I was genuinely cared for and supported. I cannot recommend CIC Caboolture enough. I have FINALLY found my clinic 👌👌👌

Just read a bad review about my amazing doctor. Vinod lal.. As a patient with a bad heart. I had been to 5 different doctors, had wrong procedures done at the world best prince charles hospital. All with taking my hard earned money. The first doctor that looked after me and made sure i have a chance to live. It is about results and proper treatment. All doctors should try to as good as him. The best of the best.
