I am new to the Clinic and presented for a routine skin check. Both Receptionists (Regie and sorry I didn't find out your name) were ever so friendly with everyone.
Dr Aaron was running on time and he was professional, yet again really friendly, putting me at ease. Luckily I had no skin issues.
Attending The Lakes Family Medical Centre was a positive experience where I felt valued as a person, not just a patient.

Great visit felt welcomed when I arrived By the staff at the reception desk and the Doctor was so helpful in explaining what I needed to have done (in the way of a op) very friendly and set my mind at ease made an appointment and are looking forward to getting this little problem taken care of

This is a smallish type practice near centenary lakes. Dr Aaron Louis saw me and checked my skin as I was worried about a numb itchy spot on my back. I was very scared because I thought I had a skin cancer. It turned out I was worried for nothing but... Dr Aaron really helped me. Not only with the skin examination
but also with the stress and anxiety that I was experiencing. He is a very good Dr , kind, caring and honest and made me feel at ease . I can definately recommend coming here.
I am a level 6 Google guide so I mean it when I say that this is a good practice and I will be returning, also the receptionist lady was lovely to me and I can't thank you enough. 10 out of 10

The experience with the specialist today was 100 percent good. He explained what he was doing during my appointment. I was completely at ease with him the whole time. Easy to talk to.

Very good Medical Centre. The doctor, nurse and staff were extremely friendly and professional. Skin cancer check done and no long wait for the procedure plus all bulk billed for anyone on a pension which is great.
