I have been getting help from Jim with my fear of flying for a long time. While I was not totally scared of flying , it was always a stressful experience that I felt the need to avoid if I couldn't. This got worse after not flying for a couple of years during the COVID lockdowns. Jim helped me take that anxiety head on and helped me equip myself to handle such situations better. I am now allot more comfortable as a flyer, it will never be a joyful experience but I now have to tools to survive a bad flight without wanting to avoid the next one. I would highly recommend Jim.
