Had a bad experience the 1st time I went here so thought I'd give it another chance in case it was a 1 off. Boy, was I wrong. What's the point of arriving 5-10 minutes before your 3pm appointment time to be taken in 20 mins after the appointment time, I may as well have rocked up at 3:15pm so I don't waste my time in the waiting room. On top of that, the male doctor I saw was clueless like anything, he didn't seem confident in what he was doing whatsoever. I had to go to another practice to get a 2nd opinion because he seemed clueless.

We were new to the area and found a very good service here. We had taken my newborn there, I was very nervous but both doctors and nurses I saw were friendly helpful and professional... Daughter had her 4 week check up and 6 week immunisation there, very helpful receptionists as they keep up to date with covid regulations and call to let us know when doctor is ready to see us rather than sitting with a newborn in a waiting room. Definitely going back there.

I booked a phone consultation and this lady named Susan was telling me they cant do a phone consultation because I did not see a doctor face to face for the last 12 months (of course because I was not sick)! And now she is telling me to come in which I said I cannot do because I am sick with Rhinovirus and I have a severe cough and congestion. She said I have to book a private consultation then for $60! That’s ridiculous!! She keeps telling me to come to the clinic, I have body aches and coughing intensly exactly the reason why I need phone consultation! This is a joke!!!!

I have been going to this centre for over 15 years. Changed hands a couple of years ago. Service has gone down hill since then. Doctors very vague and seem to have no idea what questions to ask. Had an appointment last month. I was 8 minutes late. Receptionist said the doctor waited a few minutes and then left. Absolutely disgusting. The amount of time I have waited in this surgery to see a doctor and this new doctor couldn't wait 9 minutes. Never going back there. Had to give 1 star. Not even worth that

My husband is I just had our first covid vaccination. Can't say enough good things about this medical centre. Very very friendly and supportive. Thanks for making a scary situation easy and comfortable.
