Tony in the MRI, what an absolutely lovely gentleman. I'm claustrophobic and was really stressing about my MRI this lovely human kept checking on me told me everything that was gonna happen and even checked on my during his lunch break. Top bloke 😁

Followed the prompts online to arrange a MRI brain scan on the 17th July, received an email to state it had been received and to wait 1-3 business days for someone to be in contact to arrange appointment. It’s the 1st of August and still no contact. Have tried to call several times during business hours it rings through the one time it picked up they hung up.

Reception were rude and unprofessional, no "hello, how are you" and she was talking about people calling up annoying her and not wanting to answer the phone. Made me feel uncomfortable. The ladies who did the ultrasound we absolutely fantastic!!!!

I recently attended I-MED Caboolture Hospital for a Brain MRI from a recent stroke.
I personally dread anything to do with head or neck MRI'S from past experiences as I suffer from claustrophobia.
I found all the staff were so accommodating, caring and supportive and lovely.
Rachel was a God send as she was so caring and accommodating, she worked with me by placing a cover over my eyes, had ear plugs and found a suitable brace to keep me from moving during the procedure and where I didn't panic which really helped.
In which Rachel has noted in my file for future MRI'S.
