There is no option for 0 star. Otherwise will give you that. Call them last night because of pain in my eye and my eye was swollen too. They said doctor will arrive with in 3 hours. I was awake all night waiting for doctor. No one arrived its more than 10 hours passed now. If you don’t want to come then why you booked the appointment, we would have gone for different options. Really disappointed and frustrated with this experience especially when you are in pain. Please guys don’t use this service.

Worst experience. Booked a doctor, was told it would be less than a 3 hour wait. It’s now been 14 hours, so I can safely assume that no one is coming! I just worry about all of the personal information this company has and what they want it for.
Avoid this company, prior reviews appear consistent with my own experience. Disappointing and frustrating!
😎This company needs to be reported and investigated by A Current Affair and the QLD Health Ombudsmen.

Do NOT book through these guys! Go to 13 SICK. I called at 3.19 pm, I received a call at approx 4.30pm and was told due to where I lived there would be a wait but that the doctor started at 6.30pm, I thought to myself I could keep my 8 month old up till then no problem. She has been sick so has been going down earlier. It's now 7.30 pm and still had not received a call with an update of ETA, so I called and I was told the doctor was coming down from Brisbane (not what I was originally told) and was still in Brisbane (I live 40 minutes from Brisbane) so doctor wouldn't be here for God knows how much longer as they would be seeing patients as they were travelling down! I was told this would be after 8pm (so basically 5 hours after my initial call, let's be honest, longer!)

If they had just told me how late it would be due to the doctor being based in Brisbane I would have called another service like 13 Sick, who I just spoke to and said they had multiple doctors available in my area!!!!!!! Moral of this story 13 55 66 be honest with your patients! And don't omit anything!

Wasted 5 hours of my life with this service. Expected a 2 hour wait but instead waited 5 hours. No prescription for my child who has hand foot and mouth (blisters all through his mouth) told me NOT to cancel my kids birthday party when he is clearly contagious. Im not sure where these doctors have their degrees from... but I'm concerned. Will never waste my precious time with this company again.

Not sure why this is advertised as an out of hours doctors service on the Sunshine Coast when I was told doctors don't actually start until 8am on sundays in that region (there was no indication of this on the website) and then given an arrival time as late as 11am (I called at 4am - so 7 hours later and far out of the "general aim of 3 hours")! I ended up being driven back to Brisbane for treatment. Everyone I dealt with at the call centre were lovely but I think the advertisement of the services offered is quite misleading outside of Brisbane.

0 for this incredibly poor attempt at a service.
I rang up two and a half hours after booking in order to get an update which they still couldn't give. said they had another doctor starting in 3hrs that should help with thier load. I rang again 5 hours after booking to check and still no update, no ETA whatsoever- couldnt give any estimation at all on when they might be able to attend.
Granted it was a Sunday but you still have to be able to deliver on something even if it happens to be a beautiful sunny golfing day.
How about this: If when the doctor gets the request (and you'd need enough doctors on the list for this to work) -in order to accept the call out they have to give a booking time and estimation? That would at least give you something to work with.
That would be professional.
in the meantime I wasted 5 critical hours of treatment time (turns out i had complicated appendicitis and needed immediate surgery) with only just enough time to get a freind to take me to the only walk in clinic in the region who recomended an ambulance to the hospital . This business is a nice idea.... VERY poorly executed
And to the business's response: no i will not fill out your survey- my feedback is in this reveiw. If you want to contact me directly..let me know. that was such a lame attempt to smooth it over(:

I have sat waiting to see a doctor for over six hours at a medical centre. It was not pleasant with sick people and screaming children all around. My 'go to' is definitely House Call Doctor where I can wait to see a doctor in the comfort of my own home, especially when I myself am sick. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. We are all fortunate to have a service like this available.

If you are sick DO NOT use this service. Full of lies. My son who is 6 has been waiting since 11.15am and now it is 7.30pm. We had confirmation from one of the doctors that they would be at our place at 3.30pm - NO SHOW and no explanation. I have since cancelled the service. If I were you John Burgess I wouldn't have my name against this company.
