Ive been working for Sapphire Support for almost 3 years now and I can honestly say they have been nothing but amazing. The experience and support they have showed myself and the wonderful Participants I care for is very rewarding. Always moving forward with new ways and adventures to help everyone in the industry.
The staff throughout the company with HQ are always working together which has really felt like we are a family. 😀

This company specifically someone who is high up in this company has deliberately and barefacedly lied to my face in person and over the phone. They have not provided me consistency with support carers they have let me down time and time again they have absolutely taken away the little hope I had in coping with everyday life they have denied me care compassion understanding and everything else they boast about in their commitment statement on their website. They have just taken and taken and taken from my NDIS funding and have given me nothing back but sorrow heartache broken promises lies and deceit DO NOT go with this company ALL they are interested in and care about is MONEY and how much they can get from you. Recently my NDIS plan was reviewed and what did this company do they took away my carer lied about why she was mot able to be with me ie they told me she had personal issues and was away all this company care about is MONEY not people or their health and well-being nothing they are the worst company ever and they should never be allowed to deal with people who are seriously ill and have a disability
