Came here to see the paediatrician for my son and I forgot to get a GP referral. I miss understood the instructions from my own GP. So the kind receptionist quickly sorted out the problem. Very accommodating and empathic to my situation given how long the wait times are for a paediatrician. Thanks again to the GP and the receptionist for helping a hopeless father out.

We have been here a few times now, we have seen Dr Ahmad Mir most times and he is very good with dealing with my son who is crazy at times.

But he is very gentle with my son, a few jelly beans and my son will be good.

Have been trying to see Dr Gilda Bonacruz Kazzi the Paediatrician who is very respected here at the practice. The receptionist was very helpful with us as well, very impressed with the service.

I was extremely impressed with Nurses Nassar and Erika, they sorted my sons immunization stuff out when they were very busy with other patients, thanks ladies.

Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. If they do not enjoy their job than they should change their field. Speaking out loud your feelings about patients and phones ringing constantly in a negative manor is very disrespectful. The practice should definitely RECONSIDER their RECEPTION STAFFING again…always same experience..

It’s gone to crappp honestly doctors now all so bad useless the good ones have left. You have RUDE staff extremely nasty I was in extreme pain suffering poisoning curled up next to my toddler silently and a druggo behind began abusing me I went to reception to ask for help as I had no fight in me pleaded for my kids sake they threatened me? It just one disgusting incident i experienced here. You’ll never get the help you need by the doctors here it’s all rushed and they want to do anything other then medicate you on what you need for instance iv severe plantar fasciitis and they won’t just give em a steroid injection like I need I have to suffer using only as they give me ‘voltaren’ it’s so bad here I can’t tell you enough don’t waste your time. They will always tell you your next in line haha when 10 more are ahead 2 hour wait is the usual but they will swear your next

Dr Bona-Cruz Kazzi was very helpful with my concerns about my son's behaviours and made things less stressful with guiding me in the right direction in a stressful time. I'm thankful for her work, regardless of the negative reviews in my opinion she is a kind and caring knowledgeable doctor with limited time to see the many worried parents or carers trying to get help for their child.
