All the Doctors are wonderful, and the nurses and receptionists are incredibly friendly and helpful.
I visited for a routine check up, and the doctor attentively listened to my concerns, provided clear explanations, and offered thoughtful care suggestions. I am very pleased with the service and appreciate finding such great medical professionals as it is hard to find good doctors these days.

I consulted Dr. Sadiqa, but no proper diagnosis was made for my lower back pain. Now, two years later, I finally have an accurate diagnosis through a CT scan and have been recommended a care plan. I just wish I had received this from the start!

Saw a Dr here today, I've decided not to name, who implied I couldn't afford the medication I was requesting. I felt pretty judged , now I live in a nice house, in a nice suburb, while you work in Redbank, which let's be honest, doesn't have a great reputation. Definitely my last visit , I work, study and have a child , and have busted my gut to be able to provide a nice life for my son. You made me feel embarrassed and less than , which I really don't appreciate.

Dr Michael , a very rude & arrogant doctor.

As a patient , we are allowed to ask questions , but Dr Michael attempts to control the conversation & patient and cuts you off on your sentences.

If you try ask questions , about your symptoms , that you may have researched yourself etc, he will make rude remarks at your intelligence as well as always stating "well are you a doctor or me? Do you know what your doing or do I do?"

I have went to him about 5 times, in none of the 5 times has he helped, he gets you stuck in a cycle of coming back to the surgery over and over without helping you.

On my 5th and final visit I had extreme headaches and infections in my body and he refused any medication . Additionally Dr Michael insulted my mothers age , and my age , along with our intelligence.

I went to another surgery, and was helped immediately and given appropriate medication (Amoxil prescription) for the infection and headache. The medication prescribed fixed me within 24 hours. Where as Michael in my 5 visits, refused to prescribe anything and preferred to insult my intelligence.

I advise people to go to other surgeries, there are many in the area that are much better.

Additionally they use improper methods to get more money from medicare using your name.

As for the improper methods. It would be a good idea to check your mygov to see how much he has claimed , for me they have been claiming 20 minutes worth of time, despite being significantly less 10 minutes ( I used a timer for the appointment on my mobile). Bulk bill has a 10 minute pay grade and another 20 minute pay grade. He claimed 20 minutes worth of consultation, for an appointment less than 10 minutes.

Appointments with him are not what someone would call a professional consultation , if that consultant repeatedly insults your intelligence and age, using rude and aggressive tones.

I came to this centre only because of bulk bill, but it was not worth it, you never get the help you need, instead you will have your time wasted, your problems downplayed & intelligence and age insulted . Dr Michael is extremely rude and refuses to help his patients.

Based on other reviews here , I see that other people also say the same about him. His behaviour is very unprofessional.

The doctor always checks blood pressure and feels the patient chest/backs using a stethoscope. The doctor was staying a distance the whole time I was there. She shouldn't be a doctor at all. Maybe she's thinking that I am a Medicare card holder. She'll just talk and send the bill. Poor government with Medicare card this kind of doctor are ripping of the system for dishonest in their duties. I booked for Dr Michael Unger but served by a female doctor.. very disappointed. I don't know maybe she thinks I am a ghost or something 🤔 😕

I’ve had good experiences and poor experiences. If you don’t tell a receptionist that you have arrived, there is no guarantee they won’t just leave you waiting in reception all day. This is the case even if you book a particular doctor for a particular time, and you then respond to their text message to confirm you will be there. I suggested they put up a sign informing patients that they must sign in at reception, but the receptionist indicated she didn’t think that is needed 🙁
