We’ve had several doctors over time and all have been really great. We don’t like the way the nurse speaks to our toddler however. We’ve had several experiences now with her coming across irritable and insensitive when our toddler is upset or afraid, telling him to stop crying, to stop making a ‘big deal’, making comparisons to other children who are there and aren’t upset, telling him to just ‘calm down’. She talks about her own child every time we are there, and she’s in a profession where she’s dealing with people (and kids) when they aren’t at their best, so we would have expected better bedside manner than that.

Was so worth the wait at this amazing, professional and competent clinic. The receptionist was helpful, polite and welcoming as well as informative. The nursing staff were efficient, intelligent and well organised and the doctor was the best doctor I've ever seen in my entire life. Worth the fees paid out of pocket. Good attention and care. The nurses are amazing. Even more the doctor. Doctor Bobby was caring, funny and was prompt In treatment. He even organised repeat visit for no charge as lab test indicated prescribed antibiotic won't work and needed to change script. Recommended for good care after hours instead of waiting for hours in a public hospital Emergency department.

We are seen fairly quickly when busy. Staff are friendly. We have taken our kids a few times, including with a crushed finger tip and I have felt wr have been taken care of. They are our number one go to when it’s after ours for a doctor

I took my granddaughter here after she bumped the corner of my coffee table with under her chin. They were efficient and polite I was reassured all was well. In and out in under 20 mins. The set up looks professional. Handy for minor injuries and illness.

After being turned away by the South Ripley Satelite Hospital. Blackstone After-hours were phenomenal. They saw me without hesitation. I was treated kindly, and the Dr was clear and explained my options.
