Receptionists are usually rude & not helpful! This morning 5 patients including myself waited outside in a cold wind, it's winter. Those receptionist are heartless & did not open the door to let us in & be comfortable until 8:05am. Yes, the opening hour is at 8am but for goodness sake they were there at the reception & it is not a bad thing at all to open the door 10 minutes early for the sick people waiting outside to come in.

My wife and I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at your medical Centre. I had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr B Dulawan. She is an absolute delight and very professional and thorough in her line of work. Her whole approach to finding a solution to my medical issues goes above her call of duty. I was most impressed by her concern for her patients. She is definitely an asset to the medical fraternity and we wish her well. Highly recommended.

I recently visited the medical center for a routine vaccination, which I was assured multiple times by the nursing staff would be covered by Medicare and free of charge. Unfortunately, upon returning home, I received a call informing me that payment was required and the receptionist was very rude. This unexpected request necessitated another visit to the center. During this follow-up, I encountered a lack of courtesy from the reception staff and a denial from the nurse regarding the initial assurance of no charge. While I have no objection to settling a $15 fee, I believe it is essential for patients to receive accurate information upfront and to be treated with respect, especially when discrepancies arise from the center's communication.

Because I only like some nurses in the treatment room.
Receptionists are rude …. Every time, not even a single time was a pleasant experience.
GP Doctors are good for nothing
They have no sense, how much time they take for a visit, and makes people more sick
Specifically when doctors not able to prescribe medication.
Just a business, no empathy
Even going to regular doc, feels like going to any first available..
Don’t want to go back….

I dont understand why this medical center do not do vital checks on every patient. They never took my blood pressure, temperature or oxygen levels as I am only giving details on my symptoms, but there could be underlying factors that could be causing or contributing to my symptoms. Would be good if we could check those things before referring us to other places only to come back and get another referral elsewhere.

There was also a receptionist texting details on a cell phone from a file on the computer. Is that not a violation of HIPPA Laws? A lady asked her a question and no eye contact as she continued to twiddle her fingers texting-not very professional

Worst receptionists ever. At first my mother was told that she doesn't have to pay anything for the vaccination, but when the vaccine was administered she was told rudely on the phone to come back and pay for the vaccine.

I understand miscommunications happen all the time, but receptionist on the phone was too rude and that too when they were at fault!
