Well I have been using this place since my doctor moved to the centre, what a pleasure it is to be helped recognised and attended to by reception staff always with a smile and cheerful attitude, nothing greater than having my 2 favourite girls to do my bookings other appointments etc, they go out of their way to ensure my needs are catered too, Ashleigh and Kristi you are both a delight and so easy to communicate with, keep up the great work, love dealing with you both.

Some other reception staff are wound far too tight and need to just chill a little, we are patients and normally not well either respect is a 2 way thing, it is also earned respect me i respect you, some receptionist need a different career path.

Fantastic service to the Community. Always friendly smiling staff at the counter who are extremely efficient.
My doctor is fantastic, as is the skin doctor dealing with the big and the small problems with the minimal amount of discomfort for his patients.
The duty nurse is a lovely lady efficient and always smiling.
I couldn’t recommend this Medical Centre more, especially after visiting a couple of others that don’t measure up.

After my third visit with Dr Biktor I swore I would never see her again but unfortunately this was the only time/date I was available to attend to today. She is quite rude and over all of my appointments it's clear that she does not have the time to listen to your concerns and just wants you in and out. She made me feel extremely guilty for having the last appointment for the day, rushing me and saying she "doesn't have time for that" when asking about things, then rushed me off to the nurse who was extremely lovely and didn't rush me at all. Other doctors and reception staff there are lovely so it's nothing against the practice itself but this one Dr is not worth seeing at all as she makes you feel like nothing and that you're wasting her time.

I highly recommend this medical centre! The doctors are wonderful—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly care about their patients. They handle everything from simple to complex cases with great skill. The receptionists and nurses are equally fantastic, always friendly and helpful. A great team all around!

After not so good experiences with other Doctors, we found Redbank Plaza medical centre. I can not recommend this surgery highly enough. The receptionist I deal with most frequently are Sonja & Julie they're always super polite & helpful. I have never had a problem arranging appointments. It never takes weeks to be seen. W frequently visit the surgery or make telehealth appointments. For anyone who has a partner with complex physical & mental health needs I can't praise Dr Yaman enough, he is kind attentive, well informed & compassionate. Neither my husband or myself have ever felt rushed during an appointment. Scripts are always efficiently sent to the pharmacy. Honestly this surgery is 10 out of 10.

First of all, a receptionist was a very efficient, kind smiling greeting to me, and my GP, Dr. Sarah McNamee was a very gentle, understanding, efficiently treated me, also kindly sympathy to my depression from loss of my loving husband last year. A big Thankyou to all the caring, kind receptionists, Nurse Lynne Dr Davania, Dr Sarah You are all amazing. this past 6mths Barry & I have bee seeing Dr Mark Henselien, He has been amazing, Barry always left the surgery with a smile on his face and saying the dr is so nice .Dr Mark you are such a clever, compassionate amazing Dr, Since the sudden passing of my Husband last Month, you give me so much encouragement, that will bring a smile to my face. A huge thankyou to you and all the wonderful Staff.
