Completely unorganised and ridiculous. I was waiting on a call for 15 minutes to advise that due to road closures I will be late to an appointment. Nobody picked up the phone and when I arrived at the building, all the receptionists were just sitting there chatting with each other, whilst there was no queue or phone calls being taken. Tell me why the staff think that’s okay? It’s unfair to patients because we have to pay late fees for nonsense like that. Absolute joke.

Really needed a Telehealth appointment and was excited to get one today last minute. It was a late appointment so waited and waited to get the call and when it didn’t come checked the app and it said ā€œappointment attendedā€ Called reception and they tried to say it was my fault that I must not be accepting private calls. I checked and that’s not the case. Just over it. Used to be good. Lately repeated bad experiences there.

"I had an appointment with Aseel Marioud - Telehealth, and this is the second time I've faced this issue. I switched doctors hoping for a better experience, but today I had an appointment scheduled for 12:50 PM, and I waited for hours. It’s now 3:06 PM, and still no call. I called the receptionist multiple times and got different excuses every time. First, I was told there was a delay, then that she tried calling me (which is funny because my phone has been in my hand the whole time), and finally, I was informed that she had gone home for the day. They offered me another doctor, but this is just unacceptable. It’s ridiculous to go through all this trouble just for some tablets. You really need to improve your service, or you're going to lose a lot more patients.

To make matters worse, I had the same thing happen a year ago with Dr. William, so clearly, you guys haven’t improved at all."

So unorganised!! The amount of times I’ve been directed to wait in the wrong waiting area (for over an hour!!) is ridiculous! Today took the cake tho, booked a week in advance for an iron infusion, took unpaid leave from work to do so only to arrive and be told only a 10 minute appt was booked!! Reception instructed me to see the dr anyway and she will likely do it anyway. The doctor stood I’ve me literally yelling at me because she doesn’t have time and is working thru her lunch break!!! I was in tears asking her to stop shouting at me and she was relentless - went on about patients dying from infusions and having to resuscitate them. So inappropriate!! Dr Parul. Do not recommend

I had made an appointment through the hot doc app well in advance. Unfortunately a few days leading up to it I found out i was not going to be able to attend so I cancelled through the app. It did show that it was cancelled through the app so I left it at that. On the day and time of that appointment they called to ask if I was attending, I explained that I cancelled it through the app. She then told me she would be charging me a no show fee of $50-60 (I can’t recall) but when the invoice come to reply to the email explaining the situation and they will be able to fix it up than. I let her know that this was ridiculous and I would be doing just that and that I would not be paying. I received the bill explained the situation and pretty much got told to bad you didn’t come to your appointment here’s the bill. So despite this being a fault on the health hubs app I am left with the bill.

It’s always hard to get in to see any doctor there. When you do it feels like the bare minimum treatment/care is given.

This medical hub was amazing when it first opened but ever since Covid I can not say anything positive about it

Avoid this place completely. I was stuck on road works on my way to have my 3yo seen there. I called to advise that I was running a few minutes late however I was on hold the whole time and didn’t get through until I was already there.

The receptionist was rude (they all are, and generally unhelpful) and said that the doctor had already marked me as a no show and I had to reschedule.

On the way home I receive a message asking for a non-attendance fee, even though I attended and was willing to wait.

Absolutely disgraceful. They don’t care about patients, including children. They only care about what they can charge people.

Respiratory clinic: I went today at 6:15pm with my 2 years old daughter who had 38.5 temperature with shortness of breathing. I had to do walk in as it was an emergency. The lady at the reception asked me to wait for another 45 min as there were only one doctor on duty. The way she talked was not polite enough or showing any empathy. I had been waiting there with my sick child for another 30 minutes...none of the receptionist or the nurse came up to ask for the condition. Then one of the very kind patients who was in the queue ahead of me asked the nurse to replace my child with her place. I understand that I walked in but we can expect a generous behaviour from the receptionist. I believe they could have handled the situation differently. After seeing the doctor when I went to the reception for booking another appointment the same lady didn't even feel sorry for the tough situation I had to go through with my sick child. When a mother with a sick child comes to a clinic for any kind of support expect more empathy.
