Long wait times over 30 minutes and my appointment was at 9:50am. They have signs everywhere saying to respect their time but don’t inform you if they are behind. I got told to rebook if I’m unhappy, but after reading some other reviews it is clear - receptionists don’t know how to manage bookings and need more TRAINING.

Double standards, poor customer service.

I was 10 minutes early and made to wait 50 more minutes while the 2 receptionists sat chatting away about their personal lives, ignoring the patients.
Then when a raised the issue I was told to re-book for a consultation. I'm here for a serious health issue and they thought it best to re-book.
60 minutes all up later I finally got to see the Dr who was actually quite rude because a complained.
Piss Poor service from supposedly health professionals that's entrusted with other people's health!

Extremely slow service on a regular basis. Expect to wait 20+ minutes to get in. It really shows the lack of time management this place has and lack of urgency.

The majority of doctors are not patient centred in showing EMPATHY and EXPLAINING to patients what they NEED to know.

May the doctors improve or be replaced by competent physicians 🙂

The doctor was extremely rude and insisted that I come in, even though I booked a telehealth appointment for a reason—because I couldn't make it in. He then tried to blame my symptoms on my period or appendicitis, when it’s actually just a simple stomach bug that I’ve experienced before. When I asked for anti-nausea medication, he suggested just taking Panadol, but I explained that I haven't been able to keep anything down, including that. He seemed unhappy with my response and hung up on me. This is doctor Dr Ravindra Weerasekara
