I recently had a procedure at Caboolture Private Hospital. All the staff were amazing, but a special mention should go to nurse Kerry, who really looked after me and made me feel comfortable after the procedure. 10/10 for a relaxed and caring environment.

Dad recently had a fall and was taken to Caboolture Private Hospital, next time we will ensure he is taken to St Vincents Chermside, as the care received was terrible, his medications were adminstered late every time we were there. Communication from staff as to what was happening and discharge dates was non existent with only the surgeon Dr Daniel Mehanna providing information. We asked to speak with the on duty doctor every vist but not once did she come to discuss dad with us. Will never go back.

Today I had to attend the day surgery recovery unit with little notice. The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. I am very grateful for their prompt attention to my problem.

Wonderful experience .. the check in was fast and smooth. I went to the day procedure section ... I highly recommend the nurses are great and yes they have a sense of humour ... recovery area they could not do enough for you. Thank you for the care.

My experience at Caboolture Private Hospital was just amazing. Could not fault anything! Excellent care service, excellent staff, and food was incredible. I got awesome care from the following nurses that looked after me while I had a knee replacement surgery. I would like to thank Angela , Jo Esther and the student placement Nurse, Ashleigh. They were all svery supportive during my stay. Dr Kulkarni, you have an amazing staff.

Absolutely disgusted with the service here. I was in tears during my stay and still am.
Went in for a double mastectomy in the 30th May, had an appointment at 7:45 with radiology and then had to wait for 4 hours in the most uncomfortable chairs before given a room before surgery. A lot of mixed communication. No empathy from reception and they didn’t hand in my breakfast menu. Couldn’t eat any of the food. My room was right next to the nurses station. A lot of young people on, no sleep due to the loud talking and laughter. Lost count of the times I buzzed to get assistance and nothing. For someone who is going through something major, there was no care given and no cancer nurse provided. It was so frustrating, noisy and lack of empathy.

I was admitted for day surgery and was ultra impressed with all of the staff I interacted with from Reception to admission to surgery room and all the nurses including discharge.

I can't fault anything regarding my day surgery. From the ease of parking, to the professionalism and friendliness of staff. I've been to a few hospitals in my lifetime now - for myself and family, and this exceeds all in warmth and care.
