After dealing with not the best experience with a doctor I heard about how wonderful Dr Crowley is. I travel a decent amount of distance to see Dr Crowley, and it’s well worth it. Very caring and empathic doctor! Who takes the time to listen and gets to bottom of health issues. Cheryl who is administrator officer always pleasant and helpful. Wouldn’t go to another doctor after dealing with Doctor Crowley! Definitely best decision going to see Dr Crowley!!

Away for a few months and I forgot my medication and scripts. Yes my fault I know. The receptionist is Erica, was so rude. I know I was the one who left it, however accidents happen. She didn’t care, said you can get an appointment in a week but no other one available for Telehealth. I explained to her that the medication I’m on I can’t miss any or can cause serious side effects. She said well it’s not our fault, you’re the one that left your medication and scripts. I asked since there was no appointments if she could email my treating doctor to let him know the situation and again said no. You’ll need to wait till his next appointment is available in a week. All the doctors are amazing but this receptionist has no understanding or empathy. Looks like I’ll need to travel to an Emergency Department for emergency prescriptions because in the area I’m at isn’t taking any new patients. This receptionist is currently at Lowood Medical.

Amazing doctors, I have been coming here for over 10 years now. However the reception staff are usually rude and unhelpful. Not to mention appointments are booked out weeks in advance, and they still can’t stick to times. I usually wait an hour past my appointment time.
Again, the doctors are amazing, the only reason I still go here is because my child who is terrified of doctors responds extremely well to Dr Hamid. This clinic needs better management, and better reception staff.

Was a patient for over 10 years. Went elsewhere because of the long booking time (7- 10 days) to see my doctor and then the long wait time to actually get in to see him.( sometimes over an hour)
After multiple requests for them to send my records to my new doctor 6 weeks later they have sent a list of my medications,
potentially putting my health at risk by not providing my previous medical history.
Some of the receptionists are quite rude as well.

Dr Paul Crowley is the hardest working Doctors I’ve ever met, and no matter how busy , he’s got time to ask how you are and listen. He listens to all you need answering. And Cheryl his lovely receptionist is a very kind caring lady

The old blonde lady on reception is just awful, it would make sense if she’s the one who monitors these reviews hence why no one hears back. She is So rude, unhelpful and clearly does not wish to help people, or want to be there. It’s a shame as I see many reviews on here regarding the reception staff yet no response from the practice. I can only assume the practice does not wish to improve the experience that patients receive at the front desk which is such a shame as the drs and nurses I have seen were great. I would love follow up regarding this matter but I’m expecting to be ignored like the others who have left feedback. Let’s hope they address this common issue one day

I’ve been bringing my oldest here since she was a baby but after todays experience never again. Phone appointment was over an hr and a half late. Called to check they said the doctor was running behind. Okay all good. Get a phone call it’s not even the doctor I booked with. Questioned me repeatedly over my child’s medication told me they would fax it to my chemist because they were about to close, said just ring reception and asked them to do it. Did that reception said they don’t do that and the doctor wouldn’t have said that. They don’t offer e-scripts or anything and close in 15 minutes. Needed this script urgently were of absolutely no help and not willing to be of help. Every question was met with we can’t do that.

We are very happy to have Dr Charti and have always have a good experience at this Clinic even with their receptionist
except this morning at 0840am. The receptionist wasn't happy nor friendly even at the start. When asked why the change as it was booked with nurse, she referred to my questioning as "demanding" even when you asked calmly. It wasn't a good experience to start your day. Fortunately, the nurse made the whole visit better. I hope the management should have camera to oversee how this receptionist deal with their client. We hope that at work , they can remain professional. This receptionist was far from being professional, she probably started on bad day and has taken it on us.
