This store needs an overall smarter see service due to no service . The other week, only one check out open no one at the service desk. Staff members are getting people to use self-service. We're the manager was at Cafe 63 having a break. I phoned Coles HQ about my concerns, and still, things are getting worse.Also, to add, customers are getting abused on a daily basis.
Why o Why is this allowed to continue.
The average shop is going up when you claim prices are down. What a joke

If you keep your expectations low you will be never disappointed when you shop a Coles Beaudesert. The front of shop staff work hard stocking shelves, and on the checkouts that are open - most are pleasant and can have a reasonable conversation with customers as they put through your groceries. What is really annoying for customers is waiting in a line for the 2 checkout operators who are under pressure to clear the lines of waiting waiting customers with loaded trolleys. The "Shiny Bums" who sit in the glass boxes high above the maddening crowd, thinking up new schemes for higher prices and how they can economise the front staff's time by not having enough checkouts in operation for the waiting and awaiting customers. The "Shiny Bums" just don't get it that most customers want to get their shopping done and dusted in the shortest possible time then get out of the place. Customers don't get paid to wait inline. It is like being held hostage by the "Shiny Bums" who think their customers are mugs. I wonder will it ever change? Like I said keep your expectations low and you will never be disappointed.

Update ..... went shopping early morning like at 7.00am what a pleasure it was. Completed my large shop about 45 mins walked straight into the only checkout open to load out the trolley as I started an the checkout person started scanning my items about 4 people showed up to this lone checkout operator in all of the supermarket 😑. One shopper who only had 3 items inquired about the Self Service Checkouts were not operating no joy there, so the only option was to wait. As I left with my trolley load another checkout opened - Coles looking after customers the only way they know how to - leave the customers waiting in a queue. Is early morning shopping worth it? Give it a go, but keep your expectations low you won't be disappointed.
