I’ve been attending group physio classes for the past 2 months. Already my back pain has resolved which has surprised me. If you’re looking for a place to rehab an injury or just improve strength & fitness, you won’t regret the Wellness Boutique. The whole team is amazing and so welcoming.

I started after a meniscus tear and have noticed such an improvement in both my strength and confidence since. Anthony and Chloe have been incredibly helpful and caring, always checking my form and offering the best little tips to keep me progressing. I always look forward to our sessions and have even got my partner coming now too. They’re the best! 🤍

I am so glad that The Wellness Boutique was recommended to me. I’ve been attending the pregnancy pilates classes since 16 weeks pregnant, and love the community of women, sharing our pregnancy experiences and tips, all while being trained by the amazing physios. The added bonus is that we get so much pregnancy support and advice, as the physios answer so many of our niggling pregnancy questions. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I couldn’t think of a better place to train. Thanks Danni, you and the team are just the best! X

Highly recommend Anthony for any rehab work. He was able to swiftly deal with a niggling shoulder tendinopathy issue I had. Put me onto a tailored program and we were able to achieve results sooner than I had expected. Best part was still being able to train and not lose strength due to the injury.

Very helpful with other injury concerns that I had as well. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Told the missus to join their pilates classes as well and she absolutely loves it!

I wish I knew about this place earlier because I absolutely love the focus they have on mums and mums to be. It’s a place where you feel supported in any way possible as you going through the journey in like my case of building your strength back after having a baby.

I was recommended Chloe by a midwife and I couldn’t be more happy. Chloe has made me feel so welcome and has really personalized our appointments around my needs and I have already become so much stronger! Highly recommend !

And then we have Dimi - I am so grateful for this lady as I don’t have a lot of support during day time with my little son and she has made it so easy for me to come in and focus on my appointment, and still bring my baby! What Dimi does for myself and other mums with helping out with our babies is something that I can’t be thankful enough for!

I have already recommended this place to people I know and will continue to do so as it is such a welcoming place with a bunch of wonderful employees ✨

Went to Wellness Boutique after my partner recommended I try it out as part of my ACL post op/return to sport program.
Best decision Ive made, Anthony is a top physio with extensive ACL rehab knowledge & programs and great for the weekly sports chat.
