I had asked for the back, arms and shoulder massage. I had the bigger male do this massage. This was the second time ive had him. There was no technique, and all he did was poke my back. He also was constantly checking himself out in the mirror which was really weird and awkward. He did this the first time too😅🤨
I would always come to this place, but after my experience with this guy, I don't think I'll be back.

Have had plenty of massages from here before - today hands done the worst massage I have ever had in my life. 20 min shoulder and neck where all the “therapist” did was poke me, no technique, nothing- my 14 year old son can do a better massage - next time I’ll pay him the instead of eating my time and money on a half attempt. No to go and pay somewhere else to do the job properly. Will not be back.

I’ve been coming here for years and was always happy, but I’ve now had the overweight young guy twice and he’s just not a good masseuse (reflexologist) he shouldn’t just be working as a therapist,. II’m so disappointed, if I come back again I will be sure to ask for someone else.

I used to go to Deep Tissue Massage regularly a few years ago and it was so much cleaner and better back then. The hygiene and other service has declined immensely. I went last week and the towel I lay on stank like it had been used repeatedly on others, the towel placed upon me was oily like it had be used on multiple other people and not washed, I was cold because there was no heating on, i told my masseuse that I was cold and she did not place another towel on me she kept doing the deep tissue massage routine the managers allow. I payed for one hour and was discharged after 41 minutes. Find another good massage provider if you want good quality. The management currently could change the problems with training and
Role modelling but they haven’t. It is a Management problem. Don’t waste your money at this place.

Average massage. Called and booked for 45mins. Got charged for an hour and didn't realise till after the massage. Very expensive for what you get vs other places. The masseuse was good for part of the massage and very soft pressure for majority even though I asked multiple times for hard pressure
