I started seeing a lady docter and she gave me the same tablet s she sad it would work to help me sleep but it was the same tablets as before so than I rang the office back and got a nuther docter appointment than that docter told me dubble up on my tablet s but what’s the point if they don’t work and he said there is no other sleeping tablets there is only two out there but wen I saw a different docter at a different place they were charging my tablet s every 2 months because they were not working and he always had a different name of tablet s I just don’t understand

So disappointed. And will never introduced to anyone or come back here again. I paid not even bill bill. I’ve Been there couple of times and phone consultation twice. First time asking to send my result I had to call more than 20 times called every single day and they keep giving excuses so many reason just because too busy don’t have time to send my result to me. And finally after one month I got my result. And then when come with phone consultant the doctor not even bother call. I have to call back and ask them why doctor haven’t call me since already been more than three hours of appointment support to be. And when the doctor call not even stay sorry for forgetting to call or so whatever. The staffs super rude on the phone. And second time phone consultant the same after few hours called back. I’ve request to send email my Medical Certificate and so whatever didn’t send to me. I have been waiting more 24hours just to argument on the phone please send me MC. I paid for that. And they still keep saying too busy no one at reception. And then say the doctor is too busy. What the heck I’ve been waiting since yesterday not even today. The most horrible clinic, doctor and staffs there. Please anyone don’t ever go there again. I’ve learn my mistake

Have been attending this practice for years. Doctors are incredibly professional and easy to talk to. Dr.Dreves always working towards the best outcome.
Reception staff are inviting and welcoming, nurses are great! Practice manager Sam is absolutely wonderful, always happy to help. Overall a great family practice.

Receptionist seemed very nice and were helpful with booking my appointment for my son's check up. The doctor and nurse were both very lovely and answered all my questions. The clinic also was very clean and well kept. Will definitely be returning for our next check up!
