It was professional friendly and timely.
A little difficult to find.
But a hint to finding it drive around the whole centre. It’s bigger than you think. Mitre 10 puts you in the right vicinity.

Had to get bloods done here as my local collection center was closed. I was expecting a surly / business like service (that's what I'm used to at my local) but was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the collection nurse was (Tracey). Tracey should be commended on how pleasant she made the whole experience.

Arrived at 8am on a Sunday to get my bloods done, Waited an hour and a half only to find out the person that was meant to open that day never showed up! I was told by the lovely staff at the reception of the doctors that I would have to wait another 30 mins for a worker to show up.

Clean. Quick. Few people ahead of me but no long wait. I’m a difficult patient but the technician had no problems at all.

Very unhappy
Today my 10 year old son cut his foot it was bleeding. Took him here. Got there at 5:30pm, the sign said they close at 6pm. There were no one in the waiting room. Asked for someone to take a look at his foot. The receptionist said that both the doctors and nurse are not seeing anyone else today and to go somewhere else. They still had half an hour unit they close. Had to take him to the hospital only to be told that isn’t doesn’t need stitches and just needs to be bandaged up and there was no glass in wound. This place could’ve saved me a half an hour drive up to the hospital and hour and a half of waiting in the waiting room at the hospital. Definitely not going back this place again
