A nice new experience for me. I got the 1-hour float and 30-minute sauna session through Groupon. The building is an old Queenslander house which gives it a nice feel. The staff was fantastic, and you could tell she really loves her job

This was my first time in a float tank and I was very happy with the whole thing. If you like meditation you would like this.

They have an infrared sauna which is fantastic. She did give me 37 minutes in the sauna, but it did take a long time to heat up to the full 60 degrees. If it was full heated up before entering that would have been ideal.

Overall, I had a great time here and I am planning to check out what else they have on offer.

I had the most amazing experience of the sauna, massage and flotation tank all in that order. From the point of talking to the therapists, Receptionist was just all wonderful. I came out of that place floating. I’ve never felt so relaxed and after the sessions, sitting outside in the sun with a nice cup of tea you feel incredible.

Had a 1hr floatation session, booked through Groupon. Arrived and sat in the waiting room - the place is a quaint old Queenslander that has been done up nicely. After filling out a form, I was lead through the house to a little outdoor room where the floatation tank was and a small shower. I was given instructions for the float by a very lovely lady (I think the owner) who was very friendly, and left to enjoy the session. The place was clean and pleasant, and the float was very enjoyable (albeit, a strange sensation). Looking forward to my next float here.

Am feeling so uplifted & fulfilled today after experiencing some incredible healing services at this incredible place ..
The Infra red sauna I could feel it removing toxins & restoring my mental clarity..
I couldn’t resist their incredible gift shop & purchased the awesome dream catcher frame …
So my thing ..
If you are looking for somewhere you can heal & rise up & fill your own cup up .. this place I can highly recommend..
I’ll most certainly be going back ..

A little, quirky and peaceful shop location.
A beautiful combination of professional, friendly and calming interactions with the lovely members of staff. It is clean, inclusive and accessible regardless of your size! *HOWEVER* it does have steps up to get inside and steps down to access the sauna*
Everything is explained to you, consent is requested at every step and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend you stepping out of your comfort zone and trying these various therapies, the experience was GREAT and I will be going back. Thank-you to the beautiful staff of Life Essence for making me comfortable, taking care of me and talking me through every step of the way, it is beyond appreciated!🎋🌞💚

When I arrived I was welcomed, and offered a 2page form to complete to detail about myself & where my problem areas were for my massage. I bought the 60min massage on Groupon, which from what I understand is a way to get new clientele into your business so you can showcase what you have to offer.
After completing the form I was lead out the back to very nice room. After a very nice relaxing massage, I was left disappointed, there was no attention given to my neck & shoulders as indicated on the form. I don’t understand the purpose of the forms if no one ever seems to take note of this. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me. If I was left feeling like the massage really didn’t make a difference, I would have been regularly as this location was good for me. Still a nice massage & friendly service.

I booked a float session for my teenage daughter and she absolutely loved it. When a teenager, who has million things going on at once in her mind says its relaxing, it really must be read as super special relaxing. Thanks Life Essence and Sonja for the awesome experience on her birthday.

Bought a session via Groupon but found it v difficult to get hold of someone to book the session and when I eventually did it was evident they were not keen to book me, saying they were fully booked til January. Finally the lady said they no longer take Groupon so after the time-wasting I got a refund from Groupon; not amused!
