This practice has the best staff, always so polite and welcoming. They try their best to get to the bottom of my family and myself health problems. The nurses and doctors are amazing with my young child as well. Can not stop recommending this practice.

Lovely receptionists, nurse and doctors. As a new patient needing to be seen fairly urgently, I was able to make an appointment on the same day with Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre when my regular GP was booked out for more than 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing access to good doctors and referrals and testing done for any medical reasons. 👌
Telehealth appointment was also good and informative and saved me from having to go in person until necessary. 👍🏼
They also have pathology in the clinic so easy to have blood test done at same time as seeing doctors. I think the pathology is open until 2pm each day. 😊

Dr was a little late, but acknowledged that and apologised, which was refreshing and kind! Dr was attentive and thorough. Reception staff were a delight to deal with. But please don't come here, I don't want it to get busy so I can't get in!

I have been coming here for a few years now, even after moving suburbs, because of the exceptional care and service. The reception staff are always so lovely and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience. I've seen almost all of the doctors at some point, and they are all highly knowledgeable and provide thorough examinations. A special mention to Dr. Alexander Matus and Dr. Sa Khan Lu for their outstanding care. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had my first appointment at this clinic in December 2024 and couldn't be happier with the service I got. The receptionists are very friendly and do their best to accomodate you. Dr Lim was understanding and very helpful. I'll be coming here for now on.

Could not recommend Beenleigh Mall Medical Centre more highly. The staff are fantastic and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to be understanding and help out. We see Dr Will who is great with my kids and very thorough. Best medical experience I've had in a long time.
