Such an amazing care and attention from the staff. Special thanks to Dr. Mark and Dr. Ian. The consultation wasn’t rushed at all and was by far the best experience I had in an Australian clinic - Dr. Mark was super friendly and approachable, you can see his knowledge and passion helping patients.

This was hands down the best doctors experience I’ve ever had. The nurse, Kym, really took her time, made me feel seen and taken care of. I got there in a really bad state of mind and her taking care of me and taking me seriously made me feel better instantly. Thank you Kym!!

I always feel incredibly comfortable and safe attending the Cairns Sexual Health Clinic. The team are kind and understanding but today I was particularly impressed by Clancy. They went above and beyond and had a lovely demeanour. Thank you for another smooth visit. ⭐️

Bad. Incompetent. Inefficient. Waited 1.5 hours for a basic swab. Arrived 09.38 was triaged 10 minutes later and then waited for over an hour for a simple swab test. Sat in tight waiting room which became crowded as time ticked by. Maskless people all around me. Really uncomfortable experience. Finally complained. Front desk confused. Dr called me 2 mins later. Apologised, but couldnt understand the wait or why the triage nurse referred me to dr when i was only there for a swab and had made that clear. Wont ever go back. Have walked into the veey busy Sexual Health clinic in NSW and the whole thing takes 10mins. And they SMS you whether you get a pos or neg result. Go there. Its really efficient. This felt like an inefficent bureaucratic slo mo whose main aim was to gather statistics to justify funding.

Really quality service, from the receptionists to the triage and nurses. I feel comfortable, heard, and helped each time I have visited over the years. The nurses are very knowledgeable and caring. It is excellent that this place is available!

Used to be a good option for everyone, now seems to not be the same. I feel disappointed to don't get my contraceptive pill prescription and be sent to do it online. I felt a lack of empathy

I went here initially being scared to talk about being transgender and wanting to transition from M to F, and although it was a little intimidating. I got a referral and all is well thanks to the doctors and nurses that treat the transgender community I am greatful and hope the services expand even more . ❤

Getting a call from a nurse (before all my results done) telling me that I have dangerously high haemoglobin. Telling me on the Friday to come in next Thursday or Friday to chat with the doctor. Freaking out. Thank you for unnecessarily ruining or better word destroying my weekend and the rest of my school holiday. Shaking with anxiety. Such irresponsible useless phonecall. Achieving nothing but put me into depression.
