I have just recently moved to the area and have been so delighted to discover The Recovery Room. The facilites are fantastic, the prices are very reasonable and the girls who work there provide the best customer service that I've ever seen. Incredibly attentive, friendly and happy. Best recovery facility I've been to and as an athlete I've been to a lot. TRR is now a part of my weekly training/recovery schedule. Love! Love! Love! 🙌🙏

My son has been using the recovery now for a few months. He is 13 and trains every day. He has not been sore since going therefore can train so much harder so much quicker. Not only has it helped his recovery physically I can definitely see a difference in his mental wellbeing to. Thank you so much for making him feel comfortable and at ease. The staffs are so friendly and nice, the ambiance is great. The experience is quiet and relaxing unlike some other recovery places that packs the people in like sardines. I love how this place limits amount of entrants, which really made the experience enjoyable ❤️ Very clean as well!
