Staff were amazing and friendly. I take my daughter for her immunizations, they do a full health check up aswell and they also have a room where you can go in anytime and weigh and measure your baby. Best suggestion is get in early (when it opens) so you it's quick. No appointment needed for babies on Wednesday's only between 8am-11:30am.

Waiting lists are so so long and I was taken off after a 2 year wait because I did not get the letter when away but never saw a letter . I have had the same post box for 40 years. Then I had to wait another 2 years. Now on a list for a hygienist but they cannot estimate how long . I may miss out again if I am away and don’t get letter. Estimation and better communication protocols needed so administration staff can actually give better information. This system is not friendly to older people. A shame as the dental staff are very good .

Smithfield Community Health are invaluable to the local community. They have been an amazing resource over the years to me, particularly on advice for neonatal care, mental health and vaccination advice. Always professional and always up to date. Excellent.

First ever time going to the dentist staff were rude I felt discriminated against and rushed didn't even touch my really sore tooth told me they'd arrange another appointment with me yet pretty much pushed me out the door never told me when this next appointment was. I'll never go back there even if all my teeth fell out absolutely disgusting
