I normally see Dr. Palla and he is very supportive and kind but unfortunately he was away and I was left with only Dr. Krishna and he was terrible. Right before my appointment he was in a loud argument with the receptionist for the whole practice to hear. He was rude and had zero compassion and couldn't wait to get me out the door. I was yelled at and belittled. Never returning to this practice solely due to this unprofessional doctor.

Dr Kandimalla has been my GP for a few years now. I've always been very satisfied with his treatment and manner. He has supported me extremely well after I had a traumatic spinal injury. I have had countless appointments with him and can honestly say that he has been integral to my ongoing recovery. I'm grateful for his ongoing support. I have also brought my two young sons over to Dr Kandimalla from a Smithfield practice that we had gone to for years. I prefer RVMC due to several reasons: the receptionists are always friendly and helpful; the clinic is clean and calm; the nurse is very personable and competent; the doctor listens to my concerns and gives me honest feedback; and I don't have difficulty booking an appointment. When Dr Kandimalla was away, I saw Dr Palla and was also satisfied.

Was not finished speaking with the receptionist when she said ‘bye’ and hung the phone up on me. My experience of the doctor was also lacking any warmth and he spoke to me in a certain manner which I found condescending.
Judging from other reviews… perhaps they need to spend some money on professional development for empathy and understanding. Maybe that’s why it was so easy for me to get an appointment when I did. $240 later….

I visited the surgery approximately three years ago as it was the only place that I could get an appointment and the only centre I could find that were taking new patients. I saw Dr Krishna Kandimalla, who has since helped to completely change my life around for the better. His professional approach to a first time patient resulted in discovering a very concerning health issue that was controlling my life. Since then I have continued to see doctor Kandimalla who has supported me throughout my journey and today I am happy to say with his help, I feel like a new person. I definitely got lucky that day. I can't thank or recommend Dr Kandimalla highly enough. The medical center and all staff do an amazing job. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very friendly and professional staff from reception, through to the nurses and the doctors. The whole experience felt very relaxed and straight forward all the time. Dr. Palla is our doctor since last two years. I always able to rely on his judgement and advice ! He explains everything in detail which help you to make the right decision ! Highly recommended.

So happy with my experience at Redlynch Village Medical Centre. My Doctor, Dr. Palla is kind, thoughtful and thorough. Now Dr Reddy has made me love dentists again. So many unfortunate experiences over the years. So excited with they way everything has been handled and the care that I have been given at Redlynch Village Medical Centre. Just amazing service as soon as you walk through the door. I think I might live a bit longer now. Fingers crossed.

Very rude and unprofessional doctor , we were late for 10 min because my wife had night shift and late to finish , she had a busy day , all so working in healthcare profession, our 2 kids were sick and I haven’t slept last night because my daughter had been 39degree fever,
We were waiting there 45 min , there was a patient with him when we came inside we are happy to wait but not ready to take any rude character, you should learn how to talk to people and follow The way how Australian do .but he start to act very rude the time we get inside his room like all Indian doctors do in India .
He is not a good professional person.
We won’t go back again .

The clinics look to be either new or recently renovated which is quite inviting and clean. Receptionist is really friendly and efficient. I appreciate the online modern system they utilise at this practice for example e-referrals etc. Plus its also bulk-billed and as of up to this date of review, you can still get same day appointments.
