I was blessed to see a new female doctor on the team. Today was her 1st day at the practice & she was amazing. I felt heard & looked after & I was sent for further tests as I have been very unwell after returning from overseas & then having a fall. Ines bedside manner & care was much appreciated, welcome Ines & thank you.

My initial visit to Smart Clinic at Smithfield was a very pleasant experience.
The first thing I noticed was the spacious setting, with plenty of seating. The second, pleasant surprise, was to see a male receptionist. I've never been to a doctors surgery with male receptionists.
I filled in my initial consultation form and within a few minutes I was called in by Dr Tom. My consultation was productive and Dr Tom was efficient and helpful.
I presented my 2 scripts to the Amcal chemist staff, which is adjacent to the practice.
The whole process, from walking in the practice, to walking out with my scripts filled, took about 40 minutes. I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. I highly recommend the Doctors practice and the adjoining Amcal pharmacy.

I had Dr Rajesh,
He was not professional, pulled up google to search my birth control infront of me and told me I would be more beautiful if I stood up straight. He also made a point to not get offended at what he was saying, he said “most of the girls do”. I went in for back pain and he told me it was my posture and a uti, i had been to the physio and was told it has to do with inflammation of my spine due to sport injuries. He had me pee in a cup and sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes, I wasn’t told what was happening and it was a waste of my time.
I will not be seeing him again as I feel he didn’t know what he was doing as a practitioner.

10/10 for reception, but I felt a little rushed during the actual appointment. I also felt as though I wasn’t heard very well, I dislike when doctors give out scripts for antibiotics without blood tests/imaging.

Was busting to use a toilet and was pleased to know there was one in here. Lady at the front desk was amazing and the toilets were too. The toilets even had a shelf to put my phone and bike keys on! Great service, Great toilet.
