Liam has done an amazing job of getting my old broken down body back up to health. Working through issues from sports injuries from over 4 years ago. Liam has managed to find the core issue and I’m now running 3 times a week and going back to footy pain free. Highly recommend. I’ve had a number of other people over the 4 years try and assist. Liam has produced the best results.
