From the minute you walk in you feel relaxed with the soft ambient lighting, music and lovely smells. Staff had a very calming energy and friendly/helpful. We did the sauna and float and loved that both rooms you have your own private space. Loved being able to put on my own relaxation music for the sauna. Nice products that you can use afterwards making the skin feel even more amazing!!! Highly recommend for self-care!

I had the most relaxing and rejuvenating at City Cave Maroochydore! My partner and I booked the Couples Infrared Sauna and a float session, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, ensuring we felt completely at ease.

The sauna room was impeccably clean, private, and thoughtfully designed to enhance relaxation. The infrared heat was soothing, leaving us feeling refreshed and recharged. After the sauna, we transitioned to the float session, which was an absolutely incredible experience. Floating in complete weightlessness with no distractions allowed us to fully unwind and reach a deep state of calm. It was like hitting the reset button for both the mind and body.

The ambiance throughout City Cave was perfect, peaceful, serene, and inviting. The attention to detail in both the facilities and customer care made the experience truly special.

The crazy world stands still for an hour in perfect floating peace! The best chill out activity ever, not to mention offloading some aches and pains in the process. Highly recommend - especially the couple's float!

I did the infrared sauna, float and 60 min massage, I have an incredibly complex spine, with a rare injury, I decided to book as I could barely lay down without trying to catch my breath in pain, today was amazing for my body and mind, the sauna is incredible, the float I meditated in, and the massage helped release tension, and was phenomenal 🙂 now I m going to go weekly to help, I will have the best sleep of my life no doubt !
