Recently switched to this medical centre and never look back. Staff are friendly and welcoming from front desk to doctors and pathology staff. Clean and comforting environment. Me and my Mrs both visited Dr. Fahimeh and very happy with our decision as she is very professional, caring and affectionate. I also liked the pathology lady there as I had most haste-free blood collection twice.

If you have any mental health issues or ongoing issues, make sure you have your history as the doctors will be nothing short of dismissive of your concerns. Furthermore if you disagree with condescension or denial from your doctor and do so without being verbal or aggressive you may find they dismiss you as a patient. My advice if your new to town or having difficulty getting history from your past practice is to avoid this place

I really like the whole team. I felt excepted and well taken care of. The staff try hard to help and I find them professional yet nice. Good Doctors and Dr Abbey is my preferred Doctor as he is a senior Doctor. He is a good Doctor and has cared for my family since our move to Gladstone. His what a family Doctor should be,well informed and confident about what he knows yet compassionate enough to listen and responds well. His a fun and a lively Doctor, always good to chat too. We thank Dr Abbey and the other Doctors that have seen us with short notice. As well as the fun nurses and admin front office team for there kindness and good work. I highly recommend the place. Dr Chandra has helped our family out over multiple occasions. He actually takes the time to help his patients. Hard help is good to find and Dr Chandra is by far the best doctor I have found Gladstone.

I would have given 5 stars. The doctors are amazing especially Dr. Abi. My only issue is with some of the staff who works there. The younger ones are pleasant and accommodating but there are 2 older ladies whose demeanour are anything but pleasant. Just saying, don't work for customer service if you don't like dealing with people. Thank you.
