I recently had the pleasure of having a Bowen Therapy treatment with the incredible Laura. I wasn't sure what to expect but the sense of serenity and peace upon approach eluded to what was to come. As I entered the light-filled treatment room, the breeze gently flowed through the space as Laura's calm and nurturing nature exuded throughout my restful, recovery session. Her touch was purposeful and healing and few days later I still feel a sense of ease performing my daily activities.

Laura has the most beautiful gentle welcoming manner and sometimes as a mumma you just need that. I felt profound relaxation after my treatment and my body wanted to sleep for a reset after it. I highly recommend her if you are stressed and overwhelmed!!

I’m so thankful that Laura introduced me to Bowen Therapy. Prior to talking with Laura I had been wary of it, thinking it was another form of Reiki.
