Daughter (just turned 18) went for 2 appointments then 3rd one, which they told her to book, wasn't bulk billed and charged her $90 gap. That's half her pay and they gave her no notice beforehand. She had to call to ask for some money to be transferred while waiting at the reception desk. I could hear the lady at reception in the background and her tone and manner was incompassionate and rude. I would highly recommend using another practice. *Edit* - I was called on my mobile shortly after leaving this review. The practice used my daughter's medical file to find my contact number (next of kin) so they could call me about my review and to tell me they had discussed the incident and decided that their behaviour was not as I described it. I would describe this as inappropriate use of my daughters contact information, they didnt seem to agree. Also defended their practices business methods of not advising patients of non bulk billing prior to appointment. When when questioned, stated they had no idea whether a doctor would choose to bulk bill or not, despite saying that their policy is to not bulk bill over 16 years of age.
Once again, highly recommend not using this practice.

Efficient, staff at reception, GP was extremely thorough and went through all my records. I required a dressing to be changed and my wound reviewed from an injury whilst travelling from Victoria, some sutures removed and honestly l did not feel any discomfort at all. New appointment made for a few days to remove the remainder of sutures.

Great job and wonderful teamwork, thank you for caring for me.

My daughter and I see Dr Cat Heiner. She is fantastic! I was with the same doctor for 20 years until she sadly passed away of Cancer. I thought I will never find another female doctor to her standard. Now I see Dr Cat and she is so professional and efficient, and at the same is extremely caring with an amazing bed side manner. I am overwhelmed with the gem we found at this medical centre.

Extremely rude & unhelpful staff, doctors were hesitant to help me as a new patient and asked me to see a regular doctor as I have been searching to find a good doctor. I was refused an appointment here for my tone of voice being a little lower than usual due to the pain I experienced from a fracture and the staff were disgustingly unhelpful and turned me away. Would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone needing HELP.

Reception are rude. Appointments are almost non existent and doctors just want you in and out missing things like my blood thinner for a recent heart condition I developed that my new doctor picked up on immediately

I have visited Redlynch Medical Centre on a few occasions in the past & always found the two doctors I've seen Dr Hancock & Dr Sinha professional & they both give you the time to explain your medical issue & pleased with the medical advice given & treatment.
The Medical Centre is spotless with a spacious interior waiting area & always made welcome by reception staff.
Booked appointments each time & didn't have to wait to long on arrival. Plenty of parking before entering the Shopping Centre.

Highly recommend Dr Ana. Within the first few minutes of meeting her, she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She genuinely cares about her patients and I no longer feel anxious about going to the doctor.

Last time I went to Redlynch medical, I ask for a new mental health form thing to get help from a psychologist and not just headspace. I told her I didn’t mind paying and she still referred me to headspace, I told her about my terrible living situation and she just said to sleep on a beach, she continues to get mad at ME because she wasn’t getting paid for my appointment for some reason, I was literally in tears while she had no sympathy for me while I was telling about my SA and other mental health problems, she just kept acting annoyed for me wanting a referral and then at the end she asked if I was mad and said I looked mad (she was smiling at this because she knew she made me angry) and just gave me anti depressants and sent me on my way. this happened around 6 or more months ago but I just figured out how to leave a review, I would NEVER recommend going to this medical centre ever for your mental health, this doctors name is DR NAOMI WOODS!!! This centre does not respect for what you want to do for yourself.
