The doctors at Currajong Clinic in Gin Gin are always professional, kind, and helpful. However, I’ve had repeated negative experiences with the receptionist. This morning, I called to confirm my appointment and cancel two others, and I was spoken to rudely. While I understand the frustration of canceled appointments, I believe it’s important to treat patients with respect. As a busy mum of three, I do my best to manage my time and commitments, and I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending tone. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this behavior, and it’s disappointing because the medical staff are otherwise fantastic. I hope the clinic addresses this issue to improve the overall patient experience.

I had been going to this clinic for years. Even take my daughter there. Last appointment was approximately 4 weeks ago, went to make a booking and there system had marked me inactive and of course they arent taking new patients so im left with finding a new doctor. They wouldnt even attempt to rectify the situation.

I call at 9:23 on a Tuesday morning to a answering machine saying call back between 830 and 4 pm .. look after you're community better, as you would fine us for not showing up on time , but don't even answer the phone..

I have been marked inactive too, yet I have them listed as my clinic and they have received health test results. I suppose one has to pay to collect one`s file. Totally unacceptable.

The Doctors at this clinic are really good. They actually look at you rather than the computer, and have a holistic approach to managing health issues. We just don't have enough of them!

First time 8.10 am app drive 20 min to get here to be told doctor is not coming to work today. Make another appointment for a week later, same time only to be left sitting outside in the sun waiting for clinic to open to be told the dr is no starting till after 9am.
Do they think that I have nothing better to do than drive in here all the time.
Extremely unhappy with the way they treat there patients.
They really need to address this matter.

The receptionists are good, and; both the nurse (Leeanne) and GP (Dr Rathees) are excellent...genuinely friendly, helpful, efficient and very professional. Perhaps the best clinic I have been to in almost 60 years!
