I have been a loyal customer since the opening of this store and upon finding that the public toilets were locked i politely asked a young staff member if it was possible for me to use the toilet as I'd done in the past as I really needed to go she then left me waiting for a very long period of time then returned to let me know that the manager had no issue with a disabled customer wetting they're pants in public ,I will not be back

My favourite Chemist in the world because apart from knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff and great specials on a broad range of products, as a bonus they know my name when I walk in the store. The Staff are Top Notch!

Worst pharmacy ever...

Do not go here for your prescriptions if you have a serious illness... it's money before the patients welfare that they care about!

I hope the staff there find themselves in a similar position and they might realise how unprofessional they were!!!

Always come here as it’s close to home. Asked a team member for a hand to find something (older woman starting with J) she continued to walk so I had to shout out to her to get her attention. She clearly didn’t want to serve us.
After we were finished. There one was lady on checkout with 5-6 people waiting. When asked if she could help the young lady serve she was on her phone (on Snapchat. By the look of it) once again she didn’t want to serve.
Was polite & said hello & such. She was quite rude. Snatched our items out of my hand. Didn’t ask for a bag (was carrying my toddler) when I asked for a bag she threw the items in the bag and threw the bag at my son & I.

Was very disappointing with the service I received today. I asked a staff member for help with smelling a fragrance and she let me know she wasn't happy to help me. She did not even acknowledge I had asked her to help. I then had to ask again for assistance, her response was definitely not ok. My son ended up purchasing something but I would have preferred not to give my money to this store. It was only because he really wanted the fragrance. Customer service was atrocious

I am a regular customer. The store is nicely air conditioned and fresh. The product range is amazing and I have found prices to be reasonable.
Whenever I have needed help, the staff have been excellent.
