Very appalling service from the two Asian, Pharmacists at Chemist Ware house @ the Valley. They were Very rude and then they pulled the victim card after being asked about what regulation are they basing their practising decision on, (The pharmacist answered’ Go and google’)
In contrast, I received amazing service at the Clinton Chemist Warehouse. The Pharmacists at Chemist warehouse Clinton was very professional and all staff at that store were amazing.

I rang and asked the pharmacist to put a box of lifesaving medicine away for me until the next day and we turn up and they gave it to someone else. Told me it was my fault as I didn’t turn up the day before, now I don’t stuff around with my health I can die without it and they had zero care factor

I wish I had been able to get the young ladies name, but recently I went to to the store to fill a script for a chronic back pain condition. At the time I was in extreme pain and had to kneel on the floor while waiting for my script. This young lady approached me just to check on me. Offered me a glass of water, and then spoke to the pharmacist to speed up my script. Then again as I was waiting in line, she opened up an extra register just so she could serve me straight away to help me get going.
Again, I wish I had known her name, but I am very very grateful for her compassion and kindness. She went above and beyond just to help me out the best she could. Thank you very much
