We travel 400 klms round trip, close our business and daughter took time off work and they have cancelled on the day of the appointment or didn't book enough time last appointment for work to be done after we traveled 200klms. Wont be back.

I booked an appointment with an emergency voucher after a wait I'm told dentist is half an hour behind and need to go to another location and wait a hour! I left unseen, poor service.

Michael is a great dentist and so friendly. Hes done great work on my teeth and he is wonderful with kids also. He has made my daughter (toddler) feel so comfortable going to the dentist for the first time. We have been back a few times since her first visit and he really goes the extra mile to ease her into her visits, even making a balloon animal for her after her check ups.

I personally have had bad experiences and Dentist's give me anxiety. I had to see a dentist and was referred to 1300Smiles. All I can say is Michael is amazing, makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed I didn't even feel like I was at the dentistn. So decided to take my son's there, Mr Patel.... is so funny with my son's, has me laughing and is so honest and upfront about everything. Wouldn't go any where else, and the receptionist are always friendly.

Awesome staff and excellent dentist. Went to these guys for a tooth infection and Dr Micheal fixed it all up for me i am now pain free after being in pain for over 8 weeks Dr Micheal is really kind and gentle and very very good at his job. As I'm sure all the rest of the dentist there would be too. I will be sending my whole family there from now on. Highly recommend.

Just moved locallya few months ago and has the family booked in for various checks/cleans, fillings, etc.
I needed to reschedule an appt and asked for a specific day. When I was on my way over for my scheduled appt I got a call from the office to confirm an appt for the following day. I said no I’m on my way now because my appt is today. They said no it’s actually tomorrow. So whoever I spoke to booked the wrong day. Hubby cancelled his appt then he got a call at the time of his cancelled appt to ask where he was and he had to tell them again that he already cancelled that appt. Really poor communication/admin.
