Highly communicative. Friendly management and even kinder staff. I have my regulars whom I love! Compassionate carers that you can have a laugh with but who take their role very seriously.

During the trial process, I mentioned to the coordinator that one carer was not a great fit for me? No issues at all, no further questions. They just swapped that person for someone else. Extremely personable, on-time and well equipped to handle my psychosocial disability. Zero complaints. I haven't been to any of their social events or classes and there is no pressure to do so. I will have to check them out though because I am curious!

Would NOT recommend this company for people with high or complex care needs. Some staff were wonderful, but Lionheart also send some staff who are brand new, no experience and no idea how to use mobility aids, let alone handle a high needs client, despite saying the staff are professional and trained. Staff displaced a catheter and the RN cut into a recent surgery site. Lionheart pulled services from a bed bound terminal client with brain cancer with only hours notice without investigating unsubstansiated claims from disgruntled staff. Definitely NOT a quality company. Would give minus score if possible.

Always above and beyond service . Kind, friendly always kept up to date on all service booking changes .All staff are well presented , respectful and lovley people . Always a great exsperiance . Amazing provider hands down the best we have used that suits my sons needs .

Staff had astonishing levels of absenteeism which created difficulties filling shifts and hence running programs. Their respite house, the locus of their activities, has a "To Let" sign in front. They have been inactive in social media for over 12 months.
I think they're gone.

Great friendly staff, very understanding of high needs. Have been a few hiccups but communication was had and was sorted.
