I've attended GP Superclinic for a long time. Even before it was Superclinic, it's been my Dr surgery from birth.

But wanted to say. The staff are amazing, reception, nurses and my doctor, Dr Tun.

Reception remember who I am. Emails are responded to promptly by reception and texts forwarded to my Dr regarding scripts. Rebooking is not an issue if you or your child get ill they've always been very flexible. But what stands out I feel is speaking with reception staff in my life I have to say in my experience they've always been very polite and if I point out something that concerns me or conflicts they immediately check with another staff member to double check or resolve over dismissing your concern as I've experienced elsewhere.

Highly reccommend. Just find the doctor that suits you and I think you're set lol

I will say it's a very busy clinic so Drs can be booked out for some time so it's best to be proactive and book in advance for your regular checks ins

We had a 5:15pm appointment with Dr Neo as it was the only one available for our 12 week old son, we were in the appointment for 10 seconds and were told our concern was normal (took one glance at him) and still charged the standard price. Quickest $106 I’ve ever spent.

We then made an appointment with our regular Dr, Dr Tun and our concern was actually something that needed treatment and he actually did a full check over.

Just a reminder to always follow your gut and we will not be seeing Dr Neo again.
Dr Tun has been amazing and will be our family gp from now on

Waited an hour for child immunization appointment. I had my 2 infants with me in the waiting room which is difficult without that length of wait. No communication on a long wait upon arrival...had this have been communicated we could have gone across the road and come back. The nurse then communicated their policy is 1 child immunization at a time so my 1yo had to endure 4 needles separately instead of 2 together at a time, really didn't have to be that drawn out etc. All up 2hrs to get a child immunization. Also be aware they don't bulk bill at all and all card payments including eftpos have significant surcharges. None of the staff were rude but the structure and communication of the practice leave a lot to be desired. Looking elsewhere for GP for the family.

Crap all round experience. False information was given. We had to make multiple appointments. Just to be told at the end of the day they couldn’t help us

I had an excellent experience with the clinic. I was able to see a Dr within 2 days notice, that was picked specifically for me. Friendly greeting once I entered. Was able to see my Dr 20 minutes early. The Dr spent time going over my full medical history, gave me the help I needed and even sent me for followup tests to ensure nothing was missed.

It’s a shame the reception staff are not friendly, communicative, nor informative as my Dr is really lovely and knowledgeable. The energy from reception is negative and I come away feeling BLAH which is the opposite from how I feel when leaving the doctors office. If the team here focused on customer service and positive mindset a little more, I’m sure their clients would not feel compelled to leave 2 star reviews for their “holistic service” or lack of.

After 10 minutes on hold, got very short and unhelpful reception staff. As a traveller on the pension, they do not take walk in patients nor do they bulk bill. This is an extremely BELOW super clinic. 0 stars would be more accurate.
