We had a group sound bath at our accomodation with Adriana and it was amazing. The way Adriana guided us through the session and the amazing sounds being used gently took us out of our minds and connected us with hearts and bodies. It was my first sound bath and I found it to be so beneficial with the effects of relaxation, peace and calmness lasting for days after the session. I highly recommend Adriana as she has an amazing talent and practice that would be beneficial for all.

Far than learning a crafting technic, Adriana & the lovely Mandala Team taught me to believe in myself... we all had the time to appreciate each other and to lift our spirits by sharing experiences, meditating and weaving. I highly recommend Adriana and Mandalas as a way to be HAPPY!!!

I was so fortunate to attend the Great Mandala Weaving workshop. Adriana carries so much knowledge, authentic connection and love for the craft to share with joy and mastery that gently move you deep into yourself.

What a marvellous opportunity to attend one of Adriana's Great Mandala Weekend Workshops! It was a treat of soulful sharing, soundbaths, deep wisdom, careful and joyful holding and a most profound creative process of making a beautiful and big mandala! There is way more to this workshop than meets the eye! It is a journey of personal transformation through an ancient form of deep spiritual connection to sound manifest as form. I couldn't recommend it more highly; for anyone seeking a way through, or looking for assistance with a transformative process, seeking to connect with something other, or simply wanting to explore their creative and soulful way of being.
