Best money I ever spent! Super quick and easy to schedule an inspection with Admired Building & Pest Inspection. They were able to perform the inspection within two business days of booking in which was very convenient for us.

Lachlan, our inspector was on time, thorough and professional. He took a couple of hours to inspect the entire house and property and then took the time to explain all of the primary findings and answer our questions. He sent us his finalised report the same night.

Lachlan was absolutely outstanding. Honest, humble, transparent and utterly thorough in his work. He produced a really detailed report in probably less than two hours after leaving the site, giving us peace of mind which is hard to come by as a first home buyer.

The seller's agent had restricted when we could do our building and pest inspection, which inconvenienced Lachlan as he had to make arrangements to attend the only time we had been given.

I was really impressed with his business' flawless rating and I have absolutely no reason not to give him 5 stars. We need more businesses like Admired B&P in the industry. Keep up the good work, mate.
