This nursery is one of my favourite places to go on the weekend! There is a lot of variety, plants are healthy and the prices are excellent. Melinda “Mel” the manager is really lovely and helpful and in my case has gone above and beyond to source/get information about a particular plant for me. This is a nursery with a difference - it’s a community/outreach type charity so you know you’re doing something good in the lives of other people when you give them your money. I wish these guys the best of luck and will continue to support them for years to come - my fabulous acreage garden is becoming a “showroom” of their plants!!

In my experience with this company, Melinda, the manager of the Riverview nursery is very much on the reserved side, meaning in my experience with communication with her proved mostly ignorance. Being this is a profit centre of The Salvation Army, these types of people are very typical of a charity, a charity that is supposed to help people and it’s community, this unfortunately has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I cannot recommend.
