I was feeling in a slump coming up to my birthday and was inspired to reconnect with Bernie for an intuitive reading and reconnect with her for inspiration and clarity. I can only say it was awesome. For anyone who feels like they are 'stuck' in areas of their life. Feels like they have gone to get help for their emotional problems and triggers and nothing seems to work, then Inner Child Healing is for you!
Bernie will gently and wisely guide you to the places in your subconscious that need healing. This stuck energy can then be released and old negative thought patterns and behaviours are released.
This has been the biggest game changer for me, and I finally feel like I have met someone who can help me release my blocks.
I am so much less fearful of life, my business, my relationship and past relationships that bought trauma.
Bernie is a truely gifted healer and guide and I am filled with gratitude for her help so far.

When I'm in a coaching session with Bernie I feel like she's the soul sister I always wanted in my corner but never had through my 68 years of life.
She digs and pokes and doesn't give up when she senses something lurking in the depths of my traumatic childhood, holding me back, keeping me repeating my dysfunctional patterns of not being able to get what I want and deserve out of life.
