I have never used a gym before, and was somewhat hesitant. My main fear was connected to hurting myself. But I met with Serge a couple of times - he is so great - and then Steph to develop a programme, today I had my first group glass using Steph’s programme and overseen by Lachie. There is a real focus on working within your limits but also performing at your best, and I am feeling very excited about my progress and the overall experience. Also very affordable. As my Aunt said, “Can you afford not to?” Each staff member has inspired me to improve my mental, physical and emotional approach to my own fitness and health. And the desk staff are lovely. Thank you to all the staff. I am enjoying myself and feeling great

Our family has been visiting BIM for many years. The physiotherapy, podiatry and exercise physiology services are all excellent. Also as a member of the gym at BIM I also highly recommend the facility. Staff are always friendly, approachable, honest and helpful.

Fantastic issue soughted, and located within minutes, dry needling is so worth it.... and with that and exercises and correcting my posture it is improving day by day as, was explained to me. By a courteous, professional and friendly physio it's good to hve a physiotherapist...... out muscle's need them... also helpful and understanding receptionists....

Had my first remedial massage in ages with Jacinta at back in motion bribie island. Was such a great experience and relaxing! All the people inside are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place! Will be back again soon
