Absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received by the owner of all people. Cancelled the membership back in March, the staff advised us the months notice would be initiated and the membership would be cancelled at the end of this 30 days.. 3 months later they're still taking money out.. we were then advised we needed to fill in paperwork (after none of their incompetent staff told us this initially) so they would not refund the money ($360 overcharged) and they are STILL continuing to take from us even though NO paperwork has been sent to us & the owner REFUSES to send to us..

Would not recommend to anyone, terrible staff, disgraceful owner who are nothing but rude to customers

and as we discussed with you (the owner) - send through proof this email was even sent in the first place, but no you refused to do that, you refused to re send the supposed paperwork all together. Your an absolute disgrace as an owner and you should be ashamed of yourself. You fraudulently kept taking money out of our account 3 months after this request to cancel the membership was given to you, and not only that I wasn't even in an existing contract with your gym. It was for 12 months and we cancelled it when this contract was no longer valid. Your a fraud mate.

15 dollar per week and free sign up atm. 75 dollars for 24 7 access. Pretty quiet in beerwah so good for some

I go to the Mooloolah branch of the gym and am very happy with both the staff and equipment. I enjoy free weight training rather than the many classes they offer and never find it too busy or crowded. Highly recommended.

Never been spoken to so rude by staff before! completely unwelcoming group of people that work here and being a fitness centre you would think they would be nothing but kind and helpful. Wrong! I then called the manager to complain and can see exactly why the staff is so terrible. You are only as good as the teacher/leader you have!! Do not support this business!!
