The Doctors here at Doctors @Beaudesert are amazing genuinely care for their patients. They try to find the root cause of the symptoms rather just writing a prescription and push you out the door. I was amazed of the sincerity of wanting to know you the person. They give you the feeling of were have you been all my life. Never have I’ve received treatment from the the doctor, but their staff are the same. Thank you to the team!

I have been seeing Dr. Alex Poukhov for the past 4 years and I can say with confidence that he is the most patient and caring doctor I have ever known. He has a genuine investigative approach and takes the time to truly understand his patients' concerns. Dr. Alex actions saved my life (which I am eternally grateful for) and I cannot thank him enough for his dedication to his patients' health.

Nurse Deb is just as knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as Dr. Alex. She looks after me, my wife and kids and always goes above and beyond to make sure we receive the best possible care.

The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The reception staff are lovely, helpful and patient (with a good sense of humour to boot!)

Even though we moved away from the area, we continue to drive 1.5 hours just to be seen by Dr. Alex and Nurse Deb because we trust them entirely with our health.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Alex Poukhov, Nurse Deb, and their clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable healthcare providers. Thank you for all that you do! This small review does not do any justice to the tremendous work you all do at this humble clinic.

Dr Alex is amazing. As someone who has had previous medical anxiety I felt comfortable with him almost immediately. Downfall is he’s weeks in advance booked out and the receptionist isn’t very helpful, so if you need an emergency appointment for an important script don’t expect one.

I have always found these doctors to be very thorough and professional.. The staff are friendly and try to accommodate your needs . It is understandable that they are busy but try to make appointments asap .

We were holidaying just outside Beaudesert and my 4 year old son became very unwell and needed to see a doctor. We called and were told there was an appointment but when we advised that we would not be a recurring patient because we are not local the offer of appointment was rescinded. We ended up in emergency and my son was very unwell. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from a doctors surgery. Luckily we were able to seek the medical attention we needed but to deny a 4 year old support when needed is horrific.

Booked at 1:15, waited to see a doctor until 1:35, then had to wait again for another another 20 minutes. The doctor also didn't take my issue seriously and was too busy asking questions about things I had no concern over. Will not be coming back.

Was in Beaudesert for a holiday. They had an available appointment for my 4yo son and took the appointment then cancelled it when they realised I was not local and couldn't commit to future appointments being out of the area.
