Have been attending this establishment and the sister practice in Princess St for the last 6 years. Both Practices have seriously declined in the last 12 months unable to retain staff & make an appointment when urgently needed. Confusing information regarding bulk billing, depending on who you see. I have always been bulk billed by my regular Dr of 5 years who has now left the practice. But my last appointment with a new Dr I was told I had to pay.I tried to make an appointment this morning for an urgent issue, was spoken to by a very rude intolerant administration assistant, that was unhelpful & should take a course in front line reception in a medical setting, dealing with chronicly I'll patients. I will not be attending either clinics again, it seems to be more about profit & less about individual care & support.

Has ti be the worst of the worst not only does reception try and tell you medical diagnosis but they also tell you the laws. The doctors are rude uneducated and know nothing about Australia culture. It's time our government stop these refugee doctors that don't know how it works in Australia and the openly say they don't respect aborigines things were said then they found out I'm aboriginal they told me no and to leave. Where are our try Australian doctors and can speak and understand English and aboriginal language. This place is bad and not worth it they should be deported back to India and Asia where they should be.

"I've been a patient at Grace Family Practice & Skin Care for several years now, and I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional care and service I've received. The doctors and staff are always friendly, professional, and take the time to listen to my concerns.

The clinic is modern, clean, and well-organized, making it a comfortable and stress-free environment for appointments. I've had various medical issues addressed, from routine check-ups to more complex concerns, and I've always felt confident in the expertise and guidance provided. It is a very nice gp practice

Took my elderly neighbour to this disgusting appalling medical centre for a check up with my DVA (I’m ex Army veteran) service dog only to have the practice manager so called Deepa storm to the waiting room where I was sitting with my service dog and aggressively telling me I needed to leave and go wait outside! My service dog is not emotional , companion dog or a pet, but full medical service dog was wearing her jacket with her licence displayed. I refused to go outside and wait telling her it’s against the law to discriminate and kick me out to wait outside. Tried to explain to her about service dogs and the law but she wouldn’t hear any of it. She kept standing over me telling me to go outside and wait. I explained to her she risks a fine of up to $100,000 for discriminating against a service dog and she still insisted I go outside then after refusing to leave she used the excuse that they’re a private facility when I kept explaining the law that service dogs can go anywhere but she changed her excuse that it’s for allergies while extremely angry at me for not going outside.

Called the police and the service dog company to speak to her and explain to her the law only to be told she suddenly wasn’t there. When I could see her in the back room going at the back to hide. Then I insisted a staff member take my phone to speak to them who also initially refused but after refusing to back down she took the phone and kept trying to backpedal.

My elderly neighbour noticed they had a sign which said No pets service animals only so I pointed at their sign and told them they need to respect their own sign. Clearly it was only there for show.

After my service dog company spoke with her finally to tell her the seriousness of refusing a service dog she did email them an apology to me. The stress and embarrassment she put me through was un-necessary and cruel. If you want to come live and work in Australia you need to abide by the Australian laws.

I have to say I once went there extremely ill with severe chest and sinus infection and was refused antibiotics and told to go home ‘boil water and inhale the steam’ . I was shocked. found myself a great different gp who was shocked at my infection and their refusal to give me antibiotics and telling me to boil water and inhale steam.
I lodged a complaint with the qld health ombudsman and qld human rights commissioner.

Absolutely disgusting! Deplorable service. Do not go there.

Very thorough and attentive.
I have been both disappointed in trying to gain appointments in a timely fashion and delighted in getting appointments within days. So if its busy its busy, not much you can do but their sister clinic in East usually has same day appointments.
I have never have to wait long in the waiting room and I never felt rushed during a consult.
Pretty happy so far.

Over 10 years I've gone to this practice because I don't have a choice in town. Honestly you will probably die before one of these uless doctors figure out what's wrong with you. They are more concerned with making money than the care of the patients. I saw the the same doc for yrs, no concern for my ongoing health issues, can never remember who you are, and most the time I leave still wondering what's wrong. Once, I swear the reception treated me. Came in with tonsillitis & whoever the guy was, prescribed a hayfever tablet not antibiotics. Be very wary of going here, you're lucky if they know what the flu is!

I have been with this practice for over 2 years.
My treatment from the receptionist was nothing short of rude with little compassion, I realised I was near out of medication and interstate, tried for e-script, this was completely refused, then for a phone consultation, 3 weeks before I could book this phone call.
I will look for a new practice in 2022.
