Prior to seeing Alex I have suffered lumbar back and shoulder pain for roughly 15 years. I have endured steroid injections, Physio, acupuncture, pain clinics, surgery, RFA, plus purchase many many gadgets heat pads, massagers etc. I had given up many hobbies crotchet, gardening even walking had become a grandma shuffle. I have been seeing Alex for 6 weeks now, I have noticed so much change it is amazing. I can now crotchet for awhile, I can walk a normal pace without pace, my head feels lighter not too heavy for neck as it used too,. I can not recommend Alex enough, I am amazed at the progress I have made in such a short amount of time. I get to enjoy my grandkids more hands on now, and it can only get better. Alex has already exceeded my expectations, I don’t even take my pain medications daily anymore, even my inflammatory markers in my bloodwork have come down to normal range for the first time in 10 years. I also suffer from fibromyalgia and this is huge for me.

Since starting to see Dr Alex a few weeks ago my husband has experienced a significant improvement, both physically and mentally. My progress is slower as my situation is more complex; but Dr Alex has taken great care with x-rays, assessments and reviews. He is generous with his time, is always happy to discuss any concerns, uses a holistic approach and shows respect for his clients as unique individuals. Highly recommend a visit to see Alex. Spent my life in pain and seeing chiropractors, drs, specialists and surgeons on and off over the last 30 years. In the dozens of chiropractors I’ve seen I rate Alex and the first chiropractor I seen Gus Gunther in Eastwood NSW the best and most thorough Drs that study health and (1 “specialist neurosurgeon”) the best encounters of my life. Neurosurgeon got the life saving operations done, Gus got me walking and moving 30 years ago and Alex has managed 30 years of a worn out body that has gone all out of shape to protect itself and the increasing on going pain. Since seeing Alex I’ve halved the amount of Targin I take and reduced 8 x panadine forte a day to between 4 & 2 a day. Honestly just go see him, he will do tests that you will see and have explained to you and regular reassessments where you will see the physical improvements for yourself and as Alex explains what your body is doing each visit you will be blown away with how it makes sense as the pain reduces and movement returns.

Well went to a work shop of Dr Alex and after 3 years of burning pain , surgery , doctors, many different medications , i thought ok i will give him ago . Nothing to loose . So i decided to do what he recommended after scans and xrays . 1 month , 3 times a week and see what results i get . I was sceptical. Well after 1 month the results were amazing. I am 40% better than 3 years of hell and no one could help me with this burden. So 6 weeks know and pain and burning is still getting less and less . As well as my balance. Im am estatic with this doctor . He is amazing in giving me help and hope for a better life .

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, very educational on spinal health and importance of posture. Years of sciatica nerve pain gone in 6 months. Definitely worth it.
