I have been seeing Dr Maia Mcfadden since August 2021 at the oxford clinic. She has helped me so much, through some of the hardest points in my life. She is caring, considerate and knows her stuff! If I medication isn't fully working with me she takes the time to understand and explain and work out other options for me. The ladies in the office are always so amazing too! I 100% recommend the oxford clinic.

I've been seeing Dr Maia McFadden for about 3 years now and consider her to be very professional, well informed, and friendly.
From my experience, she has always approached my diagnoses/treatment plan in a collaborative way which helps me feel involved and responsible for my own care plan. I think she does a really good job at explaining how medications work while being transparent about potential side effects.

The reception team here are also very lovely and caring people - one of the few practices I'm not scared to call!

I’ve been seeing Dr Maia McFadden for two and half years now, and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I highly appreciate her warmth, her attention to detail, and the collaborative approach taken to treatment/medication changes - I feel as though my needs and opinions are as valued in the process as her expertise is. Very unprofessional service! Very disappointing!

I had my gp sent through the referral to them trying to make an appointment. They told me their doctors will have a look at my file and decide whether they gonna take me in or not and the waiting time is 15 business day!

It has been 3 months and I called them, they simply said they sent me a rejection message in May to my gp! I mean why don’t you directly contact me after wasting 2 month of my time!

No apology nothing , simply get told this is just their rule, very indifferent!

Incredibly unprofessional and unorganised. The Oxford Clinic phoned to book my initial appointment after receiving my referral. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm, as I had not received a confirmation text to be told there was no record of my appointment. None!

After receiving the initial appointment booking, I cancelled my current doctor’s appointment (as it was no longer needed)! As a result I am now left without any doctor and have been let down by such poor standards, lack of care and dishonesty.

Good experience so far and usually on time. Just a bit hard to get the initial first appointment but that appears to be a hurdle for everyone. I like that there is plenty of hand sanitiser 🧼 and nice smelling diffusers in the practice.
